Fun! Fun! Fun! The Oakland Regional Chamber of Commerce is planning its Annual Banquet on Saturday, March 26, 2011 at Carahills II located at 1960 Hwy 70, Gallaway. We are excited to be coming together once again to network with our fellow Chamber members, and celebrate another year of growth and successful activities during 2010. As part of the fun at our 2011 Annual Banquet, we are planning a Silent Auction, to raise money for Chamber projects throughout 2011. We would very much appreciate a donation of an item for our auction, because the more items we receive, the more fun the auction will be! Businesses who donate items will have a sign beside their item(s) identifying them as donors, and we’ll be happy to arrange a time to pick up your donation if needed. Just give us a call at 466-0286. I hope you will also plan on joining us for the banquet. Not only will we have the chance to bid on some “must-have” items at the Silent Auction and a chance to “Dance the night away”, but we’ll be enjoying a great meal at Carahills II, getting the opportunity to congratulate the winners of our annual Community Builder Awards and spending time with other Chamber members. Tickets to the banquet are available for $35 each, treating your employees or best customers to the banquet is a great idea! Where will you find a great group of folks, a Silent Auction, March Madness Finals, Dinner, Business Awards, and be able to Dance The Night Away for $35 each?
