A Swinging Success

Twenty plus teams turned out to swing away in the 2010 Oakland Regional Chamber Golf Classic.  The Town of  Oakland was 2010 title sponsor of the Golf Classic held annually at Fair Oaks, our local 18 Hole Championship Golf Course.  First Alliance Bank and BancorpSouth were silver level sponsors  with Joe Purdue providing us all with his great BBQ lunch.   People had fun and the Chamber raised good money!  Even the duffers enjoyed their time on the course, because after all a bad round of golf is better than a good day at work.  Thanks to all who sponsored, played, and served to make it a great day!
